  8.     Jodie Foster "couldn't be happier with the FBI." Last year's
  9. Oscar winner plays a bureau trainee on the track of a serial
  10. killer in The Silence of the Lambs, a chiller that's due this
  11. fall. Foster finds that "every movie is different. You learn
  12. what you have to know. Sometimes you have to learn all sorts
  13. of little facts." She learned a lot about the FBI and met "some
  14. great people" at its training academy in Virginia. "They so
  15. wanted this to be right," she says, "that they offered us
  16. everything." An offer she couldn't refuse.
